Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Goods that have been damaged in transit or are faulty by manufacturer. Some restrictions apply.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Within 7 Days of recieving product.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Contact customer service on below email for RAN and details of where to send.

HOW do customers return items?
Once you have recieved your RAN and details, pack the product in a box and put the RAN label on top. Our courier will pick up the box and return back to us.

SHIPPING for returns?
If the product is found to be faulty from manufacturer, there is no charge to you.

CREDIT for returns?
Once product has inspected and apporved for credit. We will contact you and advise you on your credit.

Instore return option?
If you would like to visit our office in person, you can bring the product to;

Packing materials?
Items need to be in orginal packaging for returns.
